3. Returns and Warranty Policy
We offer a 15 day warranty on all our products from the date of receipt. If the product has factory defects or does not correspond to what was requested, you can return it for an exchange or full refund, provided that:
- The product has not been used.
- Be in its original packaging.

We ship nationwide (Colombia). Delivery times vary depending on customer location and may take between 3 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
